One of a total of nine segments arranged in a circle in three groups of three segments each.
The terms peace, freedom, and tolerance are engraved on the outer sides in 26 languages in no particular order.
Depending on the position of the sun, a different section of the surrounding inscription becomes visible throughout the day as light falls on it from the side.

In addition to the planned circular arrangement of the segments, the computer simulation illustrates a glass stele as a further component of the ensemble, which contains a commentary on the Nazi stele opposite, not shown here.
