"Stelle" is an installation consisting of three geometric stone stelae of equal length.
The stelae bear the engraved names at one end: Delphi, Sinai and Armageddon.
They represent sites that were formative for philosophy and the intellectual world but are non-places at the same time.
The installation transcends temporal and spatial boundaries in terms of content and places them in a new context.
It creates a virtual space, also a thinking space.
The purely three-dimensional perception of the sculpture is transferred to a further dimension solely through the writing and thus also expands the principles of sculpture.
